Complete Organization of Railway Workers
To secure complete organization within the union of all persons engaged in the Railway sector, ensuring comprehensive representation and collective strength.
Advocate for Fair Working Conditions
To represent members in advocating to obtain just and proper rates of wages, working hours and other conditions of employment, and to negotiate and promote settlement of disputes.
Protect Members' Rights
To protect the rights of members, in obtaining legal advice and any other assistance on matters affecting the union or for protecting the rights of members in their relations with employers.
Empower Through Training
To endeavor, provide and empower members through trainings, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and capacity for effective workplace representation.
Cooperate with Other Organizations
To co-operate with other similar organizations on matters of common interest with a view to common action when necessary, strengthening our collective impact.
Global Affiliation & Solidarity
To affiliate to COTU (K) and other similar international organizations (ITF) to ensure RAWU(K) enjoys global solidarity with other transport workers unions worldwide.
